The ODA Network is a community of practice and action research that turns knowledge into adopted methods. We design, pilot, and publish methodologies—based on eight dimensions—together with allied social organizations. We run dimension-based clinics, measure with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) dashboards, and publish ODA operating guides and citable cases. We work with applied technology and with safeguards, informed consent, and responsible data.
Join to learn by doing, co-author publications, attend action-driven events, and accelerate local solutions.
ODA Taxonomy

What is the ODA Network?
A cross-sector community of professionals, experts, and mentors who co-design and test methodologies to advance social development.
A space for action and learning (mentoring, project clinics, playbooks, ERP/LLM sandbox).
A bridge between people, foundations, academia, business, and local government to scale impact.
A program with safeguards and data-ethics standards.
What isn’t the ODA Network?
Not informal volunteering without goals, nor a traditional consultancy with an extractive approach.
Does not confer governance rights over the ODA Foundation.
Not a repository of papers without field validation.
Not an “honorary title” or a business-card network
Levels of Engagement
The levels of engagement define how individuals and organizations integrate into the ODA Network according to role, responsibilities, and deliverables. They are progressive—from participation to leadership.

ODA Network Activities
Where knowledge becomes service.
ODA Network activities convene cross-sector talent to translate experience into solutions that serve the community. We combine territorial listening, methodological rigor, and applied technology to create shared standards, measure results, and strengthen local capacities.
ODA Gatherings
We combine talks, panel discussions, and live cases to share learnings, attract members, and forge new alliances. In in-person and digital events we present focus topics, open key questions, and offer a practical demo.
ODA Clinics
Applied advisory sessions to resolve concrete bottlenecks. In 60–90 minutes we map processes, design solutions, prioritize quick wins, and define indicators. We leave with an operational brief and a 90-day roadmap.
ODA Co-Authorship Sessions
Flexible spaces where we turn know-how into practical, open knowledge. We create methodologies, templates, and editorial pieces; we publish citable cases with peer review, co-authorship, and an open license.
